WHO HINARI GRANT
We are extremely happy to report that the Zimbabwe Medical Project has been awarded Hinari access by the World Health Organization (WHO). The Hinari Access to Research for Health Programme provides free or very low cost online access to major journals in biomedical and related social sciences to local, not-for-profit institutions in developing countries. The program was set up by the WHO with major publishers, enabling low and middle income countries to gain access to one of the world's largest collections of biomedical and health literature. More than 8500 journals and 7000 e-books are now available to the Zimbabwe Medical Project and its partners, greatly benefitting health care workers, researchers, and students in Zimbabwe.
